Which documents come with each grade?
The TDS and SDS for the grade, a representative COA before you order, and a COA with every shipped lot.
Can you supply pharmacopoeia or food grades?
Yes, for MCC, CMC and HPMC grades intended for those uses. Tell us the monograph and market, and we confirm the grade and the documents before quoting.
How are products packed?
Most powders ship in 25 kg paper or woven bags with a liner. Other packing is agreed per order.
Do you send samples?
Yes. Send your application and the grade you use now, and we suggest a sample for side-by-side testing.
